Suomenlinna – Finland’s fortress

I walked around Suomenlinna in March 2024, when the place was cold and still covered in patches of ice. The incredible light made it all the more striking, illuminating breathtaking details and surprises at every turn. At times, I had to wear spikes to navigate the icy paths safely, but the experience was worth it—a quiet, almost otherworldly atmosphere that left me in awe.
